it would sound like they are hinting at a change in thinking.. in my opinion, any such change would be yet another slap in the face to faithful pimis along with those other recent changes.. there are so many heartfelt responses on that thread and a lot of justified anger.. don’t know what to say except that i’m so glad i never listened to the religion all those years ago.

Wythenshawe Kingdom Hall - Sold

it's now a mosque.
this one had an attached flat where the co and his wife lived, i wonder what accommodation they put them in these days..

For many decades of not getting things right. Generations of lives unprepared for the eventual of getting old,, having to retire & pass away. Generations who have been led-on. Where are the ones?? Who kept wondering ,,""'where is the 'end' ""? Theyve passed on.
Remember there is "no apology" necessary either. For Gods' supposed organization. Which is " neither inspired or infallible". Which still claims to be Gods mouthpiece.

I remember telling PIMI family circa 2000 or so telling them I was starting to by RRSPS about that time.
A few heads shot up & craned towards me and said ""Why?"".
Seriously. This retirement planning by the Borg,, or whatever it is totally counteracts their theology about the big A always being imminent,, imminent,, urgent imminent....
If this doesn't stir up cognitive dissonance......

It is a big big change.
It seems to counter Borg theology. Urgency,, time of the end....last days,, us vs. them,,,Armageddon is nigh,,,,,
Not to mention the generations or current JWs & the poor victims screwed over by this damaging theology !!
